PHOTOGRAPHERS FOR YES
Member Ross Coulter would like to share the campaign he’s working on called ‘Photographers For Yes’. He’s encouraging photographers throughout Australia to produce depictions of Australians who support the Yes campaign. These photographs will be shared on our dedicated Instagram account, creating a visual representation of the widespread support for the Voice.
The type of photographs you choose to capture is entirely up to you and your subjects. It could be an individual proudly displaying a homemade Yes sign, a family wearing Yes T-shirts, or someone shaping a Yes sign in the sand on a beautiful beach. Furthermore, we welcome distinctive and creative approaches from photographers or any Australians with a phone or camera who wish to depict their support, along with their family and friends.
The project is initially being launched through Ross’ network, with the hope that others will extend the campaign through their contacts. By working together, we can amplify our voices and make a significant impact.
Aspirations:
With the Voice debate already underway, the Yes campaign, along with advertisements and social media, is planning a massive grassroots campaign. Our project aims to give a voice to as many individual Australians, along with their family and friends, who want to express their support for the Voice.
While there will be countless words spoken, printed, and published about the Voice, this project's power lies in putting faces to the Australians who support this historic referendum. Through our collective efforts, we hope to inspire and encourage everyone to vote Yes.
